It's a wonderful feeling commissiong a special portrait of your dog and having painted more than 120 portraits of a plethora of breeds from Greyhounds to Bichon Frises, Portrait Artists truly understands how to capture a dog's personality and likeness. All dog portraits are lovingly hand-painted using Winsor & Newton oils onto a duck cotton canvas.

The process is so simple, just email Portrait Artists your favourite dog photograph that you would like the artist to work from, along with any additional instructions for the artist.  For example, you might want changes to the background, or you might want to combine several different photographs.

Once your portrait is completed, a photograph will be emailed for your approval. then it's just a question of letting the oils dry. The time involved from commission to delivery is 4 - 6 weeks. Prices start from just £190 (including p&p)!
